Duration: 2 Months | 120 Hours | 3 hrs/day (Mon-Fri) Week 1-2: Foundation & Hair Science • Hair structure, porosity, density, texture (Indian hair focus) • Scalp analysis, dandruff, hairfall causes • Shampooing, conditioning, sectioning techniques • Tools: scissors holding & safety • Blow-dry basics: volume, straight, in-curl, out-curl Week 3-4: Haircuts Master • One-length, U-cut, V-cut • Layer cuts: step, feather, graduated • Face shape according haircut selection • Texturizing, point cutting, slide cutting • Practice: 12+ cuts on dummy + 3 live models Week 5-6: Hair Color Theory & Application • Color wheel, levels, undertones • Root touch-up, grey coverage • Global color application • Highlights: classic foil, streaks, chunky • Fashion shades: burgundy, brown, copper • Balayage & ombre basics (demo + practice) • Color correction theory Week 7: Chemical Treatments • Straightening / smoothening theory • Keratin treatment step-by-step • Botox treatment for frizz • Patch test, strand test, aftercare • Live demo on model (students observe + assist) Week 8: Styling & Finishing + Exam • Ironing, curling (different barrels), crimping • Bridal updos: low bun, messy bun, Punjabi pranda braid • Party hairstyles, reception curls • Hair spa, head massage, dandruff treatment • Client consultation, pricing, Instagram content • Final assessment + certificate
